In case of rejection of a delivery order in accordance with these terms, where payments have been received by AOVPL, such payment shall be returned to you to the bank account linked to your account, subject to the terms and conditions indicated on the platform. We will process the refund within 3 working days, and it will be credited to the customer account within 7 working days. Please note that in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances the transaction of return might be delayed.
